As is fairly typical for May (well…apart from the one season when we couldn’t play of course!) the weather appears to be trying its very best to prevent there from being any cricket played on a Saturday. ☔

Nevertheless, we have 4 full teams ready and raring to go should the conditions allow.

The 2nd XI and the 3rd XI will play their first home games of the season taking on Twyford House and University of Bristol Staff respectively at Failand, whilst the 1st XI make the journey to Brislington and the 4th XI to Fry’s to face Hanham.

Fingers crossed for some dry weather and 4 wins!

@a_thomas1958 @BristolCricketC Shame @a_thomas1958 we didn’t realise that - not fair really surely @WEPLCricket - would have been a good day with lots of local Bristol support from local clubs I’m sure.
🔥🏏🔥 Hard luck to the boys at @BristolCricketC today representing @WEPLCricket in the T20 national cup finals in Bridgwater - we would have loved to have come up to watch… shame it wasn’t at their home ground as they were representing @WEPLCricket in the final! #GoodOnYaLads
