The 2009 Fantasy League Table

It's not too late to enter a team, but to be fair to those who entered early you will only score half points for matches played before your entry is received.

Cash Prizes

The manager of the winning team will receive a cash prize of £40 to be presented at the annual dinner. Second and third places will win £30 and £20 respectively. In addition, the fantasy player of the year receives a fine trophy.

Rules

Your team must consist of 4 Batters, 4 Bowlers, 2 All-rounders and a wicket keeper.
If you are a player you must include yourself in your team.
The total "value" of your team must not exceed 7500.
All WEPL and NSCL league matches count, including Sundays. Friendly and cup matches do not.
You may enter as many teams as you wish. The entry fee is £10 for your first team and £5 for any subsequent teams.

Points

Points will be awarded to each player as follows:

10 points for each game played.

Batting:
1 point for each run scored

The data is downloaded automatically from Play Cricket so it is always bang up to date. The programme uses Microsoft Excel so you will need Excel or an Excel compatible spreadsheet program to view it. If you have neither you could download "Excel Viewer" from the Microsoft website and that should work. As soon as you open the file you should see that it connects to the web to update the data.

If you are having any problems accessing the spreadsheet please let me know and I'll try to sort it.
